Originating in Seoul in 2003, Bulgasari is an ongoing showcase for experimental music, avant-garde collaborations, and improvisational performance. With the blessing of Bulgasari founder Lee Han-joo, the LA edition featured a series of 5-minute performances by friends and collaborators of the BUL project—ranging from readings to music to the uncategorizable. Participating artists: muff, Ajani Brannum, gamin, Woohee Cho, Wes Larios, Liessa Son, jas lin, AOL, Zenaido Zamora, and Clara López Menéndez. Curated and organized by Christine Yerie Lee, AV tech by Adam Lutz.
